Our Process
1. Preparation
Technical preparation is conducted before the event:
- Venue and technical assessment
- Camera placement planning
- Equipment connection schemes
- Audio system configuration
- Streaming workflow setup
This allows us to anticipate technical risks and ensure
a stable broadcast.
2. Setup and Testing
The ideal scenario involves setting up equipment 24 hours before the event. This includes:
- Equipment installation
- System connection
- Test broadcast
- Internet connection check
- Sound check
If the venue is only available on the day of the event,
setup begins at least 5 hours before the broadcast starts.

- 2 operators
- Streaming technician or technical director

- Recording of all camera feeds
- Multi-camera broadcast
Full Day Broadcast (up to 8 hours)
Price: from 2500 €

The configuration is tailored individually and may include:
- 3 to 5 cameras
- Multiple operators
- 1 streaming technician or technical director
- Expanded equipment set
- Recording of all camera feeds
Teamwork
Specialist Rates
(Operator or Streaming Technician)
- Hourly rate: 150 € per hour
Used for short events and broadcasts lasting less than one day.
- Full shift: 800 € per specialist The shift rate applies to long broadcasts and full-day events.
Post-production
The following services are available after the event:
- Delivery of the full broadcast recording
- Multi-cam editing
- Highlight reel
- Short videos and social media reels
Final Cost
The final price is determined individually based on the broadcast duration,
number of cameras, team size, amount of equipment
and post-production requirements.
Rates apply to shoots in Limassol.
Travel to other Cyprus cities:
+50 to 100 € to the total cost.
Prices exclude VAT (19%).
