Rate: 150 € per hour

- Apartments up to 2 bedrooms: approximately 1.5 hours of work.

- use of professional stabilization systems
- high resolution filming for all platforms
- delivery of all raw video footage via cloud
- shot selection to showcase layout and finishes
Post-production
Editing cost is based on the final video length:
- 1 minute: 100 €
- 2 minutes: 200 €
- 3 minutes: 300 €
The format can be horizontal (for websites and YouTube) or vertical (for social media and ads).
For standard apartments: the optimal video length is up to 1 minute. Larger properties are discussed individually.
Video delivery: within 10 business days. Express editing (1 to 3 business days): available upon request.
